The health benefits of EURYTHMIA.
Respiratory anti-aging kinesiology.
Creating “new” tendons restoring the original heart rhythm!
All physical disorders are due to the arrhythmia of the heart (mental stress) where it appears in the physical body as illness.
The lack of life-giving energy * in our body (* etheric body) ceases over time to be produced due to a change in the way and the rhythm we breathe!
This results in the arterial hardening and degeneration of our body, that is, what we understand as aging!
“Eurythmia”, this gentle form of exercise can help maintain mental health, physical strength, flexibility, balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
“Eurythmia” can also be described as “meditation during movement”, but it may well be called “therapy during movement”. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated from the theatrical events of the ancient physician Aesculapius in Epidaurus theater * (* something that acts on the aura), had value in treating or preventing many health problems. You can start even if you are not in excellent condition or in good health.
To emphasize that the current theatrical performances that take place in ancient theaters across the country, have nothing in common with the way they were performed in the classical period in ancient Greece!
As a doctor, Aesculapius was the first to coordinate the heart rhythm in similar movements of the actors during the performance.
We subconsciously breathe about 12-20 times a minute. Our breathing changes depending on the circumstances and the situation we are in.
Aesculapius through the rhythmic movements of the show, such as the dancing, but also through the rhythmic poetic recitation could therapeutically influence the spectators! That is why one of the main lessons in the ancient high school was the recitation of the verses of the Iliad and the Odyssey according the famous “Homeric rhythm” !
In this low-impact, slow-moving exercise, go non-stop through a series of movements where you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention – as in some meditations – on your physical senses. “Eurythmy” differs from other types of exercise in many ways. The movements are usually circular and never forced, the muscles are relaxed but not stretched, the joints are not fully extended or bent and the connective tissues are not stretched, similar to the movements of Qi Gong, translated in Greek as “breathing work”, and is exercised by the Shaolin teachers in China.
The “eurythmy” could be said to be identical to the “breathing” method of Qi Gong exercise of ancient China, since it is also based on heart rhythm!
Here you will learn both the theory and practice of these exercises as well as the basic principles of an alkaline diet to keep your immune system strong. It is a marriage of ancient Greek kinesiology with the analogy of the great teachers of China for the purpose of anti-aging through the restoration of our mental and physical balance.
Eurytnia” can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most suitable to people with limited health or recovering from surgery and for any age.
